We are currently shipping to worldwide.
In-Stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday should ship out Monday.
WeDO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment, the customer is also responsible for ensuring they comply with all of their local/state/federal regulations concerning the import and use of electric bicycles.
Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping once the item is shipped (outside of with an RPB member), including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, settings and preferences surrender the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For any third-party shipping, EVRY cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from EVRY. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of EVRY a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

*If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Care team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and a customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
EVRYDROP water bottles return policy
We hope that you love your EVRYDROP bottle as much as we love it. Our return policy applies only if you bought the EVRYDROP bottle here, you can return it in “unused condition” within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable carrier (like UPS or FedEx), insured for the full value of the return merchandise. Please note that information regarding the expected range on a single charge on one of our escooters is an estimate, not a guarantee. There are many factors that contribute to actual, real-world range for an escooter battery such as the age of the battery, temperature, level of assist, speed, payload, and terrain. Given the right conditions, it is possible to get less than the expected minimum range or greater than the expected maximum range.
CHANGING THE COLOR OR SIZE OF YOUR SCOOTER POST ORDER
Changing the color of your scooter can only be done if you order has yet to be shipped. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel/refund your order and a new order can be placed with the correct color. Please note, it is not possible for us to change the color of a scooter order without canceling/refunding your original order and having a new one placed. Also, note that we do not save any payment information so credit card data will have to be provided for the new order.
SPECIAL OFFERS, CODES, AND PROMOTIONS
EVRY reserves the right to put limitations on the combining, stacking, and use of any and all promotions done via the website, email, social media, or any other channels where promotions are detailed and/or distributed. EVRY reserves the right to pause all promotions, codes, and referral programs for some sales and for all new product launches. Any and all promos must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be used retroactively, promo codes cannot be stacked, used in tandem, etc.
REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM TERMS/LIMITATIONS
To qualify for a gift card, the referred person must (i) be a new customer, (ii) provide the name of the referer at time of purchase, (iii) make a purchase on www.lookitgroup.com in an amount greater than the minimum amount specified in the referral offer, and (iv) not use any other active promotion or discount on their purchase. Referring customers will receive a referral gift card after the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by a customer service member. Customers are limited to referring to two people per household. Referring customers may only earn one referral credit per referred person. In the event, a referred person returns a purchased item and their lifetime order value decreases below the minimum purchase amount, the referral credit awarded to the referring customer will be rescinded. Customers may not refer anyone who has an existing www.lookitgroup.com account under an alternate email address.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the referring customer’s referral credit and the referred person’s promo code as well as both parties’ inability to participate in this or future promotions. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases and is not redeemable for cash. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion. Promos cannot be stacked, used in tandem, etc.
PRE-ORDERS AND PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
For all pre-orders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
Any and all pre-orders that are canceled prior to shipping are only eligible for a 90% refund of the total order price.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES / STORE CREDITS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, an exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don’t offer any exchanges for international orders. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. ORDERS FLAGGED AS FRAUD
If your order is flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and refund your order. If you feel that a refund was made by mistake, please email.
Unfortunately, there are no returns for items on sale. All sale items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind.
