2.About the software, we have Chinese official ROM, Customized ROM and Global ROM, Customized ROM we will root the phone, not Support OTA update, but support Google play and multi-languages. Chinese Official ROM and Global rom support OTA, but some phones only Chinese Official ROM, cannot install Customized ROM and Global ROM, if you want to know more details, please contact us before buy.

3.Normally, we will open the original box to check the phone and install Multi-language ROM and Google play store, If you have special requests about the original box, please leave us a message, We can’t guarantee (we believe that mobile phone manufacturers cannot guarantee too) the multi-language Rom without bugs and all languages translation not full 100%.

4.About the Antutu Test Score, depending on the mobile phone state when the Antutu Test Running, and if the score different with our screenshot show, is normal phenomenon.

5.The actual available internal phone storage may differ depending on the software configuration of your phone. We can’t accept dispute for ROM / RAM data difference

6.Language translation not full 100% and official Chinese version voice assistant just support Chinese language.

7.If the parcel is strict inspected by custom, you still need to pay tax to clear custom. We won`t bear the customs taxes. If you have special requests, please contact us, we will provide all necessary document to help you clear custom. Order value not include Tax fee, please remember

8.DHL Shipping fee not include DHL remote area.

How to do when receive the parcel?

1. Generally the weight of parcel is about 0.35kg~~0.7kg for one phone, on the parcel label, there is a Declared weight, this is not real parcel weight, if you need real parcel weight, please ask us. we will show you the real parcel weight. If you find that the parcel has any problem, (such as looks like has been opened) before you open the parcel, please make a video to as the proof of compensation.

please open the parcel in post office, and make the video at the same time. If the parcel damaged or empty (stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document, especially the claim request paper

2. Please do not update the Android system of the phone, because after the system updated, the multi-language and google play store may be erased, this is very important, please pay attention. If you update it that bring the trouble, we not accept any update dispute.

 

About the Return and Refund

 

1.If the phone has any problem, please contact us in 7 days, if more than 7 day

We will not to agree to replace the phone, but we will help you how to solve the problem,

2.If you want to return the phone, please contact us, you can return it if we agree, But The buyer need to afford the shipping fee to China. if we checked the phone no any problem, we will not full refund the buyer need pay for the 13% depreciation.

About warranty

 

1.Every phone before we send it out, we will test and check the phone.

2.We provide one year warranty for cellphone.

3.One-year Store warranty (China Warranty Service only). But excludes accessories.

Artificial damages (including screen dropped, or broken motherboard, scratched, free gifts and some other problems incurs by abused etc.) is out of warranty. Customer need to pay freight and

new parts changed cost if need maintenance.
